Community Privacy Policy

We use account details, organization and designation profile fields, discussions, replies, reactions, account safety records, and technical logs to operate, protect, and improve the Libcodesk Community.

Community posts and replies may be public when posted in public areas. Do not include private patron data, passwords, one-time codes, license secrets, payment details, or confidential library information.

Account profile details help other participants and CodeAchi team members understand context, approve participation, answer questions, prevent abuse, and keep discussion relevant.

Administrative and account safety data is used only by authorized CodeAchi team members for community operation, account review, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and enforcing Community rules.

We may retain records needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute review, backups, and product/community history. Public content may remain visible after account changes when it is useful to ongoing discussions or needed for safety records.

If you delete or change content, copies may still exist in backups, logs, email notifications, browser caches, search indexes, or quoted replies outside our direct control.

We do not enable external analytics, telemetry, AI review, social login, remote search, or third-party tracking for this Community without a written deployment approval note.

If you want your account reviewed, corrected, restricted, or removed, contact CodeAchi through the official support channel. We may need to keep limited records where required for safety, integrity, or compliance.
