Community Terms

The Libcodesk Community welcomes contributors including librarians, Libcodesk users, library science enthusiasts, library technology professionals, and people who want to help the library community.

You do not need to be an active Libcodesk customer to join. Everyone who participates must follow the Community Guidelines and keep discussions useful, respectful, and safe for public reading.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post passwords, license secrets, private keys, payment information, internal server details, customer records, private patron data, or any information you are not authorized to share.

Community content should be practical, respectful, relevant to librarianship, library technology, or Libcodesk usage, and helpful for people who may read the discussion later.

Keep fair use fair. Short excerpts, screenshots, references, or comparisons may be used only when they are necessary for discussion, properly attributed where practical, and not a substitute for the original source, paid material, or third-party product documentation.

Do not use the Community to advertise, resell, collect leads, run campaigns, scrape users, impersonate others, or create confusion about your relationship with CodeAchi, Libcodesk, or any library.

Admins and moderators may edit, move, lock, hide, delete, or preserve content, and may restrict or ban accounts when needed to protect users, privacy, intellectual property, product safety, or discussion quality.

Community availability, features, rules, and access may change over time. We may update these policies when needed to keep the Community useful and safe.
